1. Eligibility
- Your refund request must be sent within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date shown on your receipt.
- The guarantee applies to the main product and all upsells / downsells purchased on this site.
- You do not need to provide a reason. We do welcome feedback so we can improve.
2. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in one of two ways — both take under a minute:
Option A — Through Digistore24 (fastest)
- Open the purchase confirmation email you received from Digistore24.
- Click the "Support" link inside that email.
- Select "Request a refund" and submit.
Option B — Email us
Send an email to support.planningcr27@gmail.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout,
- Your Digistore24 order number (starts with a letter followed by digits), and
- The words "refund request" in the subject line.
We forward eligible refund requests to Digistore24 within one business day.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Digistore24 GmbH, the reseller of record for all our sales. Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, SEPA, etc.) typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. What happens to your files
Because our products are digital, we ask that you stop using and delete the files after a refund is issued. We do not automatically revoke access — we trust you. Please respect the work.
5. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a purchase, please reach out first — we resolve almost every request within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays your money and creates unnecessary fees for everyone.
6. Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have (including the EU right of withdrawal for consumers). Those rights are not affected by this policy.
