1. The reseller
All purchases are processed by Digistore24 GmbH, which acts as reseller of record. Digistore24 is responsible for billing, invoicing, tax, and refunds. Their Terms and Right of Withdrawal apply in addition to ours.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download and use the Products for your own content-planning work, including client work you personally perform.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Products in any form.
- Share your download links or files publicly or in group chats/drives.
- Remove branding, credits, or notices from any file.
- Use the Products to train AI models or build a competing product.
3. Delivery
Downloads are delivered instantly via a link on the thank-you page and by email after checkout. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.

5. No professional advice

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer this site or any Product. We may suspend access for violations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or revoke the license if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the reseller's jurisdiction where required, and otherwise by the laws applicable to Contently. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
